We are beyond grateful for Bianca and the amazing work she did with our puppy, Olive! From day one, Bianca was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. To name a few things, Bianca helped Olive learn her name, respond to commands, and develop better behavior on walks. Bianca also guided us through the process of socializing Olive in the community. With her help, Olive has become much more comfortable and confident around other dogs, people, and new environments. Bianca’s passion for dogs shines through in everything she does. We’re truly thankful for everything Bianca has done and can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dog trainer.

I am a dog trainer and soon to be clinical animal behaviorist in June who specializes in human directed aggression and reactivity based behaviors. I was working on a case with a herding breed, and I knew the behaviors being expressed were not true aggression but rather misdirected herding. As trainers, we all have our strengths within our areas of interest and I knew I needed an expert in herding breeds. I reached out to Bianca to collaborate on a case and we met online via zoom with the clients. Bianca’s entire approach was incredible. She took us on a journey, asking intentional questions to build a history, yet she knew where she was taking us the entire time. Her calm energy, paired with her deep knowledge of the breeds she works with allowed us to settle in and see the dog’s behavior through her lens - yet rather than just telling you quickly about what she already knows to be true, she helps you see what she sees through the structure of the session. I have three pages of notes from sponging the knowledge she poured over us in our session together! If you are struggling with your dog’s behavior, choose to work with her. I cannot recommend her enough! She will transform the way you live with your dog and the way you think about your dog’s behavior. Highly highly recommend!! An incredible trainer and person!

What a blessing to be able to work with Bianca! She is the trainer we have been searching for!! She has a deep knowledge of herding breeds (how and why they do the things they do, and how to set them up for success so they can be their best selves). I have a sweet and sensitive Border Collie who has been through lots of big changes lately. She took the time to get to know my pup and understand his current challenges, and then tailored his training based on his and our family's needs. She taught me how I can harness his herding instincts to help him reach his full potential and feel more comfortable in his space. I learned how to deepen my level of awareness of his comfort levels, strengths, needs, and areas for growth. My dog absolutely loves Bianca. In true BC fashion, he was "ready to work" whenever she arrived! I've seen such a difference in his disposition since putting the techniques and protocols in place that Bianca taught me. And he is a more relaxed, comfortable, and reassured pup now that we've tightened up his routines and established more consistency and boundaries around outdoor time and family time with the baby. I even feel that I've changed, too - she sparked a renewed inspiration in me to keep up with training and maintain that connection with my pup. I'm recommending her to everyone I know who could benefit from this learning! But I also recommend her to YOU if you're looking for an extremely knowledgeable trainer specializing in herding breeds, someone who is patient and understanding and will really look out for your dog's and your best interests, and also if you are expecting or are new parents - she has great resources and strategies for keeping both dog and baby safe and comfortable around each other! I can't thank her enough for what she has taught me, and I hope many others will benefit from her teaching!

Bianca works magic with dogs! Her depth and breadth of knowledge about dog psychology and needs, as well as her ability to communicate that knowledge clearly and kindly was amazing and so so helpful for me and my dog, Juniper. I have a very smart and active border collie mix who I had for 6 years before starting to work with Bianca. Though I've worked through many things with my dog, there were a few things - like leash aggression - that I just could not figure out on my own. Not only did Bianca help me understand my dog like I never have before, but she helped me see how all of these "issues" were interconnected. She gave me a few simple practices to target the root of the issue and my dog responded very quickly. She was very supportive through the process and helped me hold my intention to work through these things with my dog by checking in regularly and talking through any questions that arose. After the first two sessions I was starting to see enormous progress with my dog. Bianca is a true dog whisperer. We spoke to several dog trainers before closing Bianca. She spent almost a half hour on the phone with me before I even hired her. It was immediately clear that she had so much knowledge when it came to dog issues. We had an amazing experience with her. She's so calm and gentle. She doesn't just explain how to address certain issues (For us it was leash reactivity)...she addresses the core problem. She wants to understand the background/history of your dog so she can approach training respectively. We loved each training session and she was always so organized, following up with notes and clear steps so my family could learn everything that she taught our dog and I! This was immensely helpful. She also teaches you in a very practical real life way. Instead of training in a facility, she comes to your house. She also brings her dog when helpful. For us this was huge as she taught us a whole courting process to introduce dogs to one another...which was easily repeatable and effective with each dog we introduced ours to. Last, she'll take you to different places in town where she anticipates the issue to occur so you can address it together. For us it was the Fairfield Marina where she knew there were other dogs. This was a fabulous experience for us. Last, she doesn't stop at the sessions and the notes. She follows up, checks in, is there for texting/calls if you need help in the moment. I've recommended her to several friends who have hired her. You can't go wrong with Bianca! She'll set you up for long term success.
